Residents may choose from the following two options for residency:

OPTION A: The Lease Plan

If your lifestyle is such that leasing is convenient and preferable to you, enjoy the option to lease your suite. Lease fees includes all the benefits of the Manor Village Lifestyle as well as the flexible Monthly Meal Plan.

OPTION B: The Assurance Agreement Plan

This plan provides the Exclusive Right to Use your suite at a reduced and very affordable All Inclusive Monthly Lifestyle Fee. All the benefits of The Manor Village Lifestyle are included, along with the peace of mind of our Assured Vacancy Payment Plan.
